October 6th, 2016

  • Tomorrow is the Homecoming Football Game v. Plains at 7PM.  JH students are welcome to help celebrate - please remember that all JH aged students and younger should be accompanied by an adult that is responsible for them.
  • The Fanny May fundraiser is now underway.  Orders are due (10/25).  This is one of 2 fundraisers we do as a school each year. All proceeds go back to student activities. Funds raised help offset(almost completely) the quarter field trips, dances, etc. please consider participating.
  • There is No School on Monday, (10/10) for Columbus Day.
  • The Track team is selling raffle tickets for a Yeti Cooler.  Please see a HS Track member for ticket information.  Drawing will be held at the homecoming football game (10/7).
  • The JH Honor Band Performance is (10/13) at Glenwood Middle School at 7PM.
  • The end of the 1st Quarter is (10/14).  Report cards will be mailed the following Friday.
  • Chick-fil-A Spirit Night to support Pretzel Athletics is (10/17) from 5-8PM.  The flyer is required.  The 1st hour class with the most participation will win a Visit from the Chick-fil-A cow and chicken nugget platter at school!  Pretzel Athletics will receive 20% of all sales!!
  • 1st Quarter Reward Trip to Southward Park is scheduled for Thursday (10/20). Permission slips and lunch details to go home next week.
  • There will be no school (10/21) due to Teacher Institute.
  • Literary Families - Mark your calendars for our (11/12) competition date and plan to attend the competition at Rochester Intermediate school. Details about times will go home with students closer to the event. Make sure you are staying up to date with announcements by subscribing to reminders.
