September 1st, 2016

  • There will be NO SCHOOL Monday (9/5).
  • As a reminder, students should be dropped off on the West (JH) side of the building.  Do not drop students off on the Dome side as it interferes with the safety of our bus traffic.
  • It's not too late to sign up for Heart & Sole.  Information is available in the office.  Scholarships are still available.  Register online at www.gotrcentralillinois.org.  Contact Coach Beth Brosi at bbrosi01@gmail.com with questions.
  • The JH will be MAP testing next week (9/6-9/9).

    • Friday - Make-ups
  • There will be a JH Girls Basketball Parent/Player meeting on Wednesday (9/7) at 7PM in the HS cafeteria.  Please bring a copy of your child's physical and insurance card to the meeting unless it has already been turned in.
  • 1st Quarter Mid-Term is 9/16.
  • There will be an 1145 SIP Dismissal on 9/16.
  • JH Picture Day is 9/23. 
  • If you don't have FAMILY ACCESS please contact Mrs. Owens to get setup - this is an invaluable resource!
  • The character for the month is RESPONSIBILITY:  A person of character meets the demands of duty, is accountable, pursues excellence, and exercises self-control.
